Produced and sent within 24 to 72 hours.

National delivery (France)

Delivery by courier 2 to 5 days is free from 99€ of purchase (4.95€ for lower orders).

Delivery in Europe (all EU + Switzerland)

A flat rate of €9.25 is applied to all orders to Europe (standard shipping).

Delivery time: 3 to 6 days to Europe

Included in this price: tracking service, home delivery, and if missing, delivery to the nearest post office.

International delivery

Flat rate of  17,80€

For these countries, local fees and taxes may be requested at the time of delivery.

Returns

Returns

To let us know of your wish to return the item(s) in your order, please contact us via the site contact form.

Returns within 30 days

You have the option of returning your item up to 30 days after receipt of it. The item must be returned in the condition in which it was received, in its original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Please indicate on the back of the invoice the action you wish to take with this item (exchange, refund or credit).

We inform you that items returned incomplete, damaged, used or soiled cannot be returned. 

Personalized items will also not be returned or exchanged.

Return fees

Return costs will be borne by the sender who must send the products to the following address:

If you do not want an exchange, the returned item will be refunded to you within a maximum of 10 working days from its receipt by Madame JOSEPH.
