These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company Madame JOSEPH whose head office is located at 29 Allée Robillard 93320 Les Pavillons sous-bois, hereinafter referred to as "Madame JOSEPH" and managing the site www.madame-joseph.com and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.madame-joseph.com hereinafter referred to as "the buyer", or "the customer".
Article 1: object
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between Madame JOSEPH and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website. www.madame-joseph.com. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale of which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order. The company also ensures that their acceptance is clear and unreserved by setting up a check box and a validation click. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description listing its main technical characteristics (Size, Color, Composition, etc.). The photographs are as faithful as possible but do not commit the Seller in any way. Article 3. Prices
The prices of products sold through the websites are indicated in Euros (€) and precisely determined on the Product description pages. They are also indicated in euros excluding tax, because VAT is not applicable – article 293 B of the CGI, on the product order page, and excluding specific shipping costs.
For all products shipped outside the European Union and/or DOM-TOM, the price is calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable in certain cases. These rights and sums do not fall within the responsibility of the Seller. They will be the responsibility of the buyer and are their responsibility (declarations, payment to the competent authorities, etc.). Article 4. Order and payment terms
Before any order, the buyer must create an account on the site www.madame-joseph.com. The account creation section is accessible directly from the menu bar at the top of the home page. At each visit, the buyer, if he wishes to order or consult his account (order status, profile, etc.), must identify himself using this information. The Madame JOSEPH company offers the buyer the opportunity to order and pay for their products in several stages:
- Secure payment by credit card (via the STRIPES system): the buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the “basket”, modifies if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), checks the delivery address or enters one new. Then, shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, along with the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method: “Payment by STRIPES”. To obtain reimbursement of the fraudulent debit and any bank charges that the transaction may have generated, the card holder must contest, in writing, the debit with their bank, within 70 days following the transaction, or even 120 days. if the contract binding him to it so provides. The amounts withdrawn are reimbursed by the bank within a maximum period of one month after receipt of the written dispute filed by the holder. No costs for returning the sums may be charged to the holder.
Confirmation of an order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them and waiver of the right to rely on one's own conditions of purchase. Article 5. Reservation of ownership

Article 6. Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of article L 221-5 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of his order.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised by contacting the Company as follows: Send an email to the seller within fourteen days of receipt. The product must not be unpacked, washed or used and must be returned in its original packaging. Article 7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Orders are made by La Poste via COLISSIMO, delivery service with tracking, delivery without signature. Delivery times are given for information purposes only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Article 8. Availability and presentation
If an item is unavailable for a period of more than 5 working days, you will be immediately informed of expected delivery times and the order for this item may be canceled upon simple request. Article 9. Guarantee
